| Résumé/Citation: | The Act deals with the following matters: scope, social security benefits, social security organisation, social security fund, social security contributions, refunds of social security benefits unduly paid, supervision of the application of social security activities. It abolishes the Pension Fund established under the Act of 23 Jan. 1968 and amends a number of social security texts. It also repeals: the Act of 6 June 1958 against abuses in the payment of benefits in the event of temporary incapacity for work; the Act of 13 Apr. 1960 respecting the changes in jurisdiction in the field of social insurance, pensions, benefit schemes and social welfare (LS 1960 - Pol. 1A) and the Act of 23 Jan. 1968 respecting the Pension Fund. |
