Second Region

Provides for the privatization of unfinished housing and industrial installations, if the duration of the construction of these installations exceeds the relevant building norms by two times, or if the level of completion is less than 50 per cent. The purpose of the Decree is to promote housing development in Ukraine. Lost effect on the grounds of the Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 591/99 of 28 June 1999 on the peculiarities of the privatization of unfinished housing which is no longer in force on the grounds of Act No. 1953-III of 14 September 2000 on the peculiarities of the privatization of unfinished housing.
