Abstract/Citation

Brings into force the provisions specified in Schedule 1 to the Order relating to the making of regulations concerning rules of procedure before the Employment Appeal Tribunal and industrial tribunals; the provisions of Schedule 2 relating to matters such as right to employment particulars, right to declaration of invalidity of discriminatory terms and rules, constitution of industrial tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal; and the provisions of Schedule 3 relating to career services.
