Second Region

An Order of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour making various provisions for workers of private sector enterprises awarded contracts for government projects, notably in the event of withdrawal of the contract or transfer from one project to another. In particular, if the Ministry rejects an application for the renewal or issue of a work permit, the employer must immediately send the worker concerned back to his country of origin.
