Second Region

Sets regulations for "hull freighting", meaning the agreement whereby one party, the hull freighter, agrees to put his ship (without the crew) at the disposal of another party for a pre-determined amount of time, without having any further say regarding the ship. The other party shall use the ship for the duration of this time.
