Amends s. 346 of the Social Insurance Act (LS 1955 - Aus. 3 (extracts) ... 1961 - Aus. 2), as amended, in relation to the federal arbitration committee. Particularly in regard to contributions, also amends ss. 25 to 27, 29, 30, 33, 35 and 118 of the federal Act respecting social insurance for self-employed persons engaged in small-scale industry (Text No. 560 of 1978) and s. 8 of the federal Act respecting social insurance for members of the liberal professions (Text No. 624 of 1978), both as amended.
