Guidelines are established pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1 of the Law respecting the Improvement of the Welfare of Women Workers, including the Guarantee of Equal Opportunity and Treatment between Men and Women in Employment (Law No. 113 of 1972). Sets out basic measures to be taken to improve the welfare of women workers, and promotes understanding of the Law. Provides for the smooth enforcement of the Child Care Leave Act (Act No. 76 of 1991).
