Abstract/Citation
Amends the Immigration (Education) Act 1971 in respect of fees for English courses, obligation to provide English tuition, cessation of obligation, and refunds and effect of refunds. Amends the Migration Act 1958 in respect of grant and refusal of visas, grant and refusal of entry permits, consideration of applications for refugee status and regulation of visa criteria.
