Amends the Aged or Disabled Persons Care Act 1954 regarding payment of financial assistance and conditions of recurrent subsidies; the Health Insurance Act 1973 concerning disadvantaged persons and confirmation of referral to consultant physicians; and the National Health Act 1953 in respect of grants for newly built nursing homes, classification of patients, review by Minister or Secretary of classification, notification of death of patient, and related matters.
