Abstract/Citation
Amends the Superannuation Act 1976 regarding persons engaged in more than one employment, accumulated basic and supplementary employer contributions, and superannuation guarantee top-up benefit; amends the Superannuation Act 1990 in respect of superannuation scheme elections by holders of statutory office and temporary employees; and amends the Superannuation (Productivity Benefit) Act 1988 concerning rates of salary, continuing contributions and arrangements for certain employers.
