| Résumé/Citation: | Amends the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 1987 to provide that where a person in receipt of income support, either alone or in conjunction with certain other benefits, has a liability to make payments in place of child support maintenance under section 43(1) of the Child Support Act 1991, a deduction may be made from those benefits towards satisfying that liability. |
