Abstract/Citation
Provides for the election of persons to the office of President, as members of the National Assembly, regional councils and local authority councils, the establishment of an electoral commission and its powers, duties and functions, the registration of voters and of political parties and the conduct of such elections. Made under Article 56 of the Namibian Constitution.
