This Act concerns numerous employment matters including employment services, job seekers, registration of offers of employment, special cases, retraining, employment of foreigners, and disabled persons, with special emphasis on the role of the Czech Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and of local labour councils. Repeals legislative measures of 20 July 1990 on the establishment of a Labour Office, which has been replaced by the above mentioned labour councils. |
