Second Region

This Act amends the Pakistan Telecommunication Corporation Act, 1991 by providing that where a notification under subsection (1) of that Act is issued, the provisions of the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969 (XXII of 1969), and such other laws as the Federal Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify, shall not apply to the industrial undertaking or class of undertakings situated in the Industrial Zones specified in such notification.
