Under the Migration Act 1958, amendments are made to various sections of the Migration Regulations, in respect of temporary, close family visitor, and skilled occupation entry permits, and special assistance visas for East Timorese in Portugal, Croatians, Slovenians and Yugoslavs and minorities of the former USSR.
