These Regulations made under the Migration Act 1958 provide, inter alia, that a visa or entry permit shall not be granted to a person if that person will engage, or would if permitted to enter Australia be likely to engage, within Australia, in an activity that involves the sale or supply of any commodity or product to any person or organisation in Yugoslavia or to any person or organisation, whether in Australia or overseas, for the purpose of any business carried on or in, or operated from Yugoslavia. |
