Decree of 14 October 1991: 1. to amend the Civil Servants' Salary Decree of 1984 and some other legal regulations in connection with the general salary ruling and measures providing a number of salary scales; 2. to grant a one-time benefit in 1990 to civil servants and other personnel; 3. to amend the Salary Regulations of 1978 applied to apprentice nurses in accordance with the ordinance on the the Sickness Care at home, 1st April 1990 - 1st April 1992.
