Under the Migration Act 1958, amendments are made to various sections of the Migration Regulations (S.R. 1989 No. 365 as amended), in respect of visas based on business skills, senior executive business skills, and distinguished talent; and concerning entry permits for those with skilled occupations, spouses (after entry) and specified nationalities.
