Abstract/Citation
Act respecting the insurance of workers against the financial consequences of unemployment. Title II governs compulsory unemployment insurance; Title III applies to voluntary coverage. Special provisions address the situation of an employer's inability to pay contributions (Title IV) and grants available in respect to port workers (Title V). Titles VI to XI regulate implementation by various organs, finance, procedure, appeals and penalties.
