Résumé/Citation: |
This Act provides for termination in the event of structural changes or rationalisation measures within the enterprise. The Act does not apply where particular laws provide otherwise. The indemnification owed is calculated on the basis of average earnings (Section 275 of the Labour Code: LS 1975-Cz.2, most recently amended by the Act of the Worker No. 167 of 1991 (Sb.z., 20 May 1991)). This Act repeals the Notification for the same purposes of 3 July 1970 [ISN= 17462], and Notification No. 195 of 1989 on worker protection in the event of structural changes. |
