Abstract/Citation
The Law formulates a Basic Employment Measures Plan that seeks to foster employment patterns that harmonize with the development of the national economy. It involves the State in providing employment information and statistics, offering vocational guidance, establishing a skills testing system, fostering retraining and relocation of workers, and stabilizing the employment of middle-aged and older workers.
