| Résumé/Citation: | Amends the Social Security (Overlapping Benefits) Regulations 1979 by providing for adjustments of benefit payable under the Social Security Act 1975 by reference to the new rate of child benefit in respect of the only, elder or eldest child payable for the same period. The Regulations enter into force in accordance with regulations 1(2) and (3). |
