Résumé/Citation: Amends the Social Security Benefit (Hospital-In-Patients) Regulations 1975 regarding persons admitted from local authority residential accomodation; the Social Security (Medical Evidence) Regulations 1976 and the Statutory Sick Pay (Medical Evidence) Regulations 1985 regarding the form of statement to be issued by practitioners; the Statutory Sick Pay (General) Regulations 1982 in respect of penalties under Regulation 22; the Statutory Maternity Pay (General) Regulations 1986 in respect of the obligations of women claiming statutory maternity pay; the Social Security (Adjudication) Regulations 1986 regarding review of decisions relating to section 104(7) of the Social Security Act 1975; and the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 1987 in respect of procedural matters, "remunerative work", failure to make claims for income support, suspension and withholding of benefits, and entitlement where claims are made in advance.
