These Rules establish a Provident Fund for the employees of the National Centre for Technology Transfer. The Rules provide for the management of the Fund, the amount of mandatory contribution required, the circumstances under which advances from the Fund may be made, and the circumstances under which the accumulations of each subscriber are payable.
