| Résumé/Citation: | Amends article 17 of Ministerial Order No. 250, 1980, to provide that a person who has joined the scheme later than 1 January 1976 and who reached the age of 65 years without completing 120 months of contributory service must continue to contribute to the scheme until that period is completed or until he becomes totally disabled or dies. |
