| Résumé/Citation: | Amends section 3 of Ministerial Order No. 38, 1977, to provide that the union shall be responsible for paying the wages of workers released by private-sector employers to perform trade union duties. The Union may also grant workers released from the civil service, the public sector or the private sector, a special allowance not exceeding 30 percent of their basic wages. All such payments must be charged to the Union's administrative expenses account. |
