| Résumé/Citation: | Increases certain benefits under the Social Security Act 1975, the Industrial Injuries and Diseases (Old Cases) Act 1975, the National Insurance Act 1965, the Social Security (Graduated Retirement Benefit) (No.2) Regulations 1978, the Child Benefit and Social Security (Fixing and Adjustment of Rates) Regulations 1976, the Social Security and Housing Benefits Act 1982, and the Statutory Maternity Pay (General) Regulations 1986. Sums are also specified under the Family Credit Regulations for family credits, under the Income Support Regulations for income support and income support transitional protection, under the Housing Benefit Regulations for housing benefits, and under the Community Charge Benefits Regulations for community charge benefits. Articles 3 to 11 and 14 to 18 and Schedules 1, 2 and 3 of the Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 1991 are revoked, as well as the entire Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 1990 and 1989. |
