Abstract/Citation
The Act amends the Commonwealth Employees' Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 and the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973. Inter alia, it includes a new Division 4A in Part 2 requiring the Commission to prepare an estimate of the amount of premium for every Department or Commonwealth authority during each fiscal year beginning in 1991.
