Résumé/Citation: | Act to provide for the promotion and regulation of the training of manpower and for that purpose to provide for the establishment of a board, to be known as the National Training Board, and a fund, to be known as the Manpower Development Fund; to provide for the recognition of skilled persons as artisans; the registration of contracts of apprenticeship, group training centres, private training centres and training schemes; and the imposition on certain employers of a levy in aid of training; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
