| Résumé/Citation: | The announcement prohibits movement outside of the home, recommends use of card payments instead of cash, provides that all employees in the public and private sector are to work from home with the exception of essential workers. Travel between different cities and districts is banned. Shops and markets are closed. Motos are not permitted to carry passengers. Closes all bars. Restaurants and cafes can only serve takeaway. Local government is tasked with enforcing the measures. |
