Résumé/Citation: The Act incorporates the Directive 2003/88/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 November 2003 concerning certain aspects of the organisation of working time into Hungarian legal system.
Article 1. Amendment to the Labour Code I/2012: definition of working day and working week, distribution of working and rests days throughout week.
Article 2. Amendment to the Act LXXXVI of 2018 on transitional provisions and amendments related to the entry into force of Act I of 2012 on the Labor Code: amendments concerning the organisation of working time and rest days
Article 3. Entry into force.
