| Résumé/Citation: | This Law applies to small vessels (ie those of less than 150 ton) whatever their purpose of use. The Law establishes " The Small Ships Registry" and shall be under the jurisdiction of the Coast Guard Command in the Ministry of the Interior. Bahraini nationals who owns unregistered vessels must apply for registration within one month of the date this Law comes into force. |
