المرسوم التشريعي رقم 9 للعام 2018 القاضي بإضافة زيادة قدرها 20 بالمئة من المعاش التقاعدي إلى المعاشات التقاعدية للعسكريين
Military personnel covered by the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 17 of 2003 and any of the laws and regulations of retirement, insurance and pensions, they are entitled to 20% increase to their pensions.

The living compensation benefit granted under the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 7 of 2015 and Legislative Decree No. 13 of 2016 shall be added to the pension after calculating the aforementioned increase and shall be considered part of it.
