| Résumé/Citation: | This Law replaces and amends Article 7 of Law No. 21 of 2015 in relation to organizing the entry and exit of expatriates and their residence. According to this amendment an expatriate worker shall have the right to leave the country temporarily, or to depart definitely from the country during the validity of the labour contract. The applicant may submit an application to the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs with the names of those workers who must receive a NoC prior to exiting the country due to the nature of their work. These workers must not exceed (5%) of the company employees. Relevant authorities will be notified when the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labour and Social Affairs approves this request. |
