| Résumé/Citation: | Approves, inter alia, a description of the working time regime for state and municipal enterprises, institutions and organizations; a description of the procedure for calculating the average wage of an employee, civil servant and intelligence officer; a description of the conclusion, amendment and termination of the seasonal employment contract, as well as the characteristics of the hours of work and rest time and the payment of wages; a description of the procedures for organizing and conducting competitions in state and municipal enterprises, municipal and state social insurance foundations and other state-funded foundations financed by state and municipal institutions and public institutions owned by the state or municipality; seasonal work list; a list of posts for which competition; a description of the duration of special breaks during the working day (shift) and the terms of their establishment; a list of certain categories of workers entitled to extended leave and a description of the duration of these leave; a description of the duration of the additional leave, the terms and conditions for granting them and the procedure. Repeals, inter alia, the Government Resolution No. 154 of 7 March 1994 "On Seasonal Work"; the Government Resolution No. 160 of 3 February 2003 "To Approve the Procedure of Additional and Special Interruptions in Working Time"; the Government Resolution No. 497 of 22 April 2003 "On the Duration of the Annual Additional Leave, Terms for Granting and the Procedure for Approval"; the Government Resolution No. 650 of 27 May 2003 "To Approve the Description of the Procedure of Calculation of the Average Wage of an Employee, Public Servant and Intelligence Officer". |
