Amends, inter alia, the law "On State Social Assistance to the Disabled and Persons Who Have No Right to Pension". In particular, rephrases paragraph 3 of Article 1 (Definition of terms); also rephrases part 1 of Article 2 (Right of persons to state social benefit). Also makes wording changes in part 1 of Article 4 (Terms of appointment of state social benefit for persons who have no right to pension and persons with disability). Supplements part 1 of Article 5 (Period of granting state social benefit, terms of its recalculation) with a new sentence. Rephrases paragraph 2 of Article 6 (Size of state social benefit to persons who have no right to pension and persons with disability).
