Amendment to the Law on Social Cooperatives: -provisions to facilitate the establishment of social cooperatives: cooperative can now establish three natural persons (instead of five), at the same time required to include further two - socially excluded, within 12 months, -definition of socially excluded has been extended: unemployed, person seeking employment -provisions regulating conclusion of syndicate between: social cooperatives, and social cooperatives and other entities (NGO) Article 2. Amendment to the Act on Personal Income Tax Article 3. Amendment to the Act on Vocational and Social Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities: - granting of financial resources to disabled person for undertaking economic activity, -vocational rehabilitation, -granting of financial aid to social cooperatives for the purpose of employing person with disabilities Article 4. Amendment to the Act on Divisions of Public Administration Article 5. Amendment to the Act on promotion of employment and on labour market institutions: - granting of financial resources to disabled person, unemployed or person seeking an employment, for undertaking economic activity -granting of financial aid to social cooperatives for the purpose of employing person with disabilities Articles 6-10. Transitional, adjusting and final provisions. |
