| Résumé/Citation: | An Act to amend and consolidate the law relating to the hours and other conditions of work and employment of persons employed in shops and commercial, industrial and other establishments in the Province of Sindh. Provides, inter alia, for payment of wages, hours of work, holidays and maternity leave as well as prohibition of child labour. Section 20 provides that "No child shall be required or allowed or employed to work in any establishment for any nature of work." |
