Chapter I: General provisions.
Establishes, inter alia, general tasks of consumer cooperation, the relationship of state and consumer cooperation.
Chapter II: Consumer society
Regulates the formation of consumer society, general principles of formation and activity thereof; also the rights and statutes of consumer society; membership of consumer society, the rights of members, management bodies of societies, management, property, funds thereof.
Chapter III: Union of consumer societies
Establishes bases of formation and activity of union of consumer societies, including procedure, statutes, management bodies.
Chapter IV: State registration and peculiarities of re-organization, liquidation of consumer societies and unions of consumer societies
Chapter V: Final provisions.
