This Law establishes legal framework for asylum procedures, ensures human rights protection to asylum-seekers, refugees, humanitarian status holders and persons under temporary protection, and establishes procedural guarantees of international protection as prescribed by this Law. This Law stipulates that the Law of Georgia on Refugee and Humanitarian Statuses of December 6, 2011, shall be repealed.
