| Résumé/Citation: | The Act provides for the regulation of minimum rates of wages and various allowances for different categories of workers employed in certain industrial and commercial undertakings and establishments. Repeals the following Acts to the extent they apply to the Province of Sindh: (i) Minimum Wages Ordinance, 1961 (Ordinance No.XXXIX of 1961); (ii) the Minimum Wages for Unskilled Workers Ordinance, 1969 (W.P.Ord.No.XX of 1969); (iii) the Employees Cost of Living Allowance (Relief) Act, 1973. |
