| Résumé/Citation: | Provides for regulation of industrial and commercial employment in the Province of the Sindh. Section 3 provides that in "every industrial or commercial establishment, conditions of the employment of workers and other incidental matters shall, subject to the other provisions of this Act, be regulated in accordance with the Standing Orders." The Standing Orders are detailed in the Schedule to the Act. Repeals the Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance, 1968 (W.P. Ordinance No.VI of 1969) to the extent it applies to the Province of Sindh. |
