Second Region

Provides that all companies that fall within the meaning of "company" in the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (XLVII of 1984) are to establish a workers participation fund to share the profits of the company with the workers.

Repeals the federal Companies Profits (Workers Participation) Act, 1968 to the extent it applies to the Province of Sindh.
