Applies to the whole of Balochistan, except the Provincially Administrative Tribal Areas. Sets up a complaints procedure for the hearing of cases of harassment in the workplace.
Repeals the Protection Against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act, 2010 (Act No. IV of 2010) to the extent that it applies to Balochistan.
