Makes, inter alia, amendmenst in the Labpur Cod:namely, rephrases the title and the content of article 104, which now reads as follows: "Guarantees for the workers who are donors of blood and its components". Article 104 establishes, that the guarantees to donors are granted in the procedure and on the terms provisioned by the Labour Code and other legislation in the sphere of blood donation.
