An Act further to amend the General Children's Allowances Act [No. 1 of 1980: LS 1980-Neth.1], the Sickness Funds Act [No. 392 of 1964: LS 1964-Neth. 2] and certain Decrees relating to assistance (abolition of the right to assistance under the government regulations governing unemployed workers aged 16 and 17 years and introduction of a right to children's allowances for unemployed persons aged 16 and 17 years).
