| Résumé/Citation: | The Act contains two basic provisions: the right to stay for well-integrated foreigners, and termination of residence for those who are not in need of protection. Act introduces also some ameliorations for certain groups of long stay persons and numerous aggravations, to facilitate the termination of residence of rejected asylum seekers, especially those from so-called "safe countries of origin". |
