Amends section 17 ss.2 p.2 concerning transparency of surveillance. The amendment gives employers the right to use recordings to investigate and prove harassment under Act (609/1986) on equality between women and men, harassment referred to in § 14 of the Discrimination Act (1325/2014) or harassments and inappropriate treatment referred to in the Occupational Safety and Health Act (738/2002).
