| Résumé/Citation: | Article 1 of the Law establishes the Authority for Quality Assurance in Primary and Secondary Education (ADIPPDE), sets its seat and supervision authority, determines its purpose, mission and mandate, provides for its administrative structure and regulates the appointment or transfer of the scientific and administrative personnel. Article 2 adjusts the appointment of personnel under private-law fixed-term employment contracts or undertaking agreements. |
