| Résumé/Citation: | In view of harmonising national legislation with: - articles: 2, 7.1, 17.1, 32, 34.1, 34.3 and 41 of the Council Directive 2005/85/EC of 1 December 2005 on minimum standards on procedures in Member States for granting and withdrawing refugee status; - articles: 14.6, 23.2, 24 and 32 of the Council Directive 2004/83/EC of 29 April 2004 on minimum standards for the qualification and status of third-country nationals or stateless persons as refugees or as persons who otherwise need international protection and the content of the protection granted, the present Law amends Laws on Refugees N° 6(I) of 2000, 6(I) of 2002, 53(I) and 67(I) of 2003, 9(I) and 241(I) of 2004, 154(I) of 2005, 112(I) of 2007 and 122(I) of 2009. Amendments concern the administrative procedure of applying for, granting, refusing and withdrawing refugee status. |
